Because Romy said so, and Romy's the boss, applesauce!
Couldn't really find a miscellaneous thread that wasn't themed or someone's specific work, so I figured I'd just throw these in a new one.
Nothing spectacular, but these are my most recent. I hadn't drawn in 5 years or painted in 10, so I'm caling these "practise". Sorry about flashy glare on the framed ones. This one I did for my bf as a random little "I'm proud of you" giftie when he finished his riot police accreditation.  Did this one for him for fun.  My first painting "back in the saddle". Aspects of it I like, but overall, I don't like it. I gave it away. LOL  Done for my sister. Don't hate it. Probably would have kept it if I hadn't done it specifically for her.  Most recent. Done for the bf for Christmas. Not perfect, but I quite like how it turned out. There was a good "flow" while painting it. I did the whole thing from start to finish in 2 hours.

I like your style, and the last one is definitely my favorite. I'd like to see more in that style. I love your use of color.

Oh my gosh, my little bro would love that first one. He is so into cops he went and became one.
 I really like your style, you make such cool painterly backgrounds for your silhouettes. My favorites are the tree and samurai dude. Especially the last one, it has such awesome layering of the background.
