I just received Travis's pedigree in the post. His great grandfather is Aust.CH. Queen Bless JP The Super Star.

That just confirms my desire to breed him to exclusively British line bitches. Sigh!

Yeah, no idea why I put grandmother. I am really dissapointed. It is where Trav gets his STUNNING coating from, but also the less then desireable jaw set. British girls for him only!

Ah well, just e careful. We face the same dilemma with Nard although he'll likely just be shown and not bred.

Luckily it is only one dog. The rest of his lines are british. I am going to have to do some very heavy research before allowing him to cover. Unfortunately, if we want to carry on the breed he has to be used. I just now know to be very very selective.

It's the line we've had issues with in the past. PD, it's a very very prominent line. I can pm you the specific dogs we've traced our problems back to. Your name doesn't sound familiar at all.

Please do. I would appreciate it. He was finsihed in Australia. If I can get a list then I can go about researching pedigrees of any potential bitches. The rest of his line is rock solid. Kingshaven, Lorah, Alphstar and Mondelise. So lets hope that he gets away with it. Healthwise, he is nice and sound. Aside from his clickety ankels which the vet says is nothing structural.
