Uploading/Resizing

Is there a way to get photo's to upload at a decent size?
Mine are always huge and its a pain to have to resize every one of them as I go.

I believe flickr, re-size them for you.
Or you can change the settings on your camera.

I use tinypic because I don't want to remember a password lol It has a lot of resizing options as you upload them, but I think you can only do one at a time...

With an account with tinypic, you can upload around 5 at a time.
