Uncontrollable shaking/peeing after neuter?

Hello members of Chaz,
A few days ago (12/27/09) I took my 3 and 1 year old Sheltie (Tiger and MingMing) to get neutered at the ASPCA Mobile Clinic. The mobile clinic is for low income residents of New York City.
The weather hasn't been so good and it was terribly cold that morning at 6am. We waited in line for about 3:30 hrs until it was finally our turn and we got the both of them on the truck. We returned and picked them up at around 4:30pm that same afternoon.

Four days later (today 12/31/09),

MingMing has a uncontrollable shaking at his hind legs. He also has been peeing while he sleeps at night.

The ASPCA said it is common for animals to return from surgery and not pee for 48 hours. However, Tiger has not peed nor pooped for the past 3 days.


Can someone help me and tell me what I should do? :/ I'm getting so worried.

I'd say it's time for the vet, pronto. Hope MingMing and Tiger are both okay!
