Default Who's cooking Christmas dinner?

Is anyone else cooking? My parents and mother-in-law are coming to dinner tomorrow. I've got to get started on my stuffing!

What's going to be on the menu this year? I'm trying to do something a little bit different from my family norm. I'm making turkey, ham, my own experimental variation on cornbread stuffing, mashed potatoes, butternut squash salad, glazed carrots and green peas, apple pie and bread pudding (this one is also gonna be one of my experiments!)

Here's hoping my experiments turn out good, LOL. Oh well. At least I'm making the stuffing the day before. If it goes south, there's still time to whip of a batch of something else.

Not me!

I am, however, preparing myself for the Traditional Gorging of vermicelli, tamales, green chili and whatever else Margie feels like making. NOM.

Not us Thank Goodness cause there's no way we could fit everyone in here for dinner lol. we'd all be sitting on top of each other.

We are going over to Brians Cousin's place (which is only about 10 minutes down the road) around 3 o clock for the family gathering and some yummy food

I am bringing the peanut butter balls though.

Yum, sounds good.
We always had ham dinner at Christmas when I was a kid and I want some now. My husband's family doesn't really do Christmas dinner, though. Last Christmas Eve we had pizza, so I'm assuming it will be something similar this year

East Restaurant is cooking our dinner. lol
We are only 3, my husband, my son and I. All our families live way too far so every year I've been cooking dinner for us 3, and never get a chance to go out. So this year I felt like going out and I made us reservations at this restaurant since it severs Chinese food the them and Japanese for me.

I'm cooking a big breakfast for Christmas morning.
