Possible New Dog

Well, may be adding another oldie to the family. My aunt and uncle's dog, Lilly. She's less then 10, but older then 6, I'd have to ask her exact age. She's a Chihuahua x Maltese mix. Apparently she's been stinking lately and they plan to put her down, why I don't know, I mean, they haven't even brought her to a vet to get it checked out or whatever..but yeah, I will be asking this week about it all and seeing what happens...here are some picture from a good while ago of her (2 years) but she basically looks the same. She's shaved in these pictures, but is like Simba and gets shaggy.





She has some bad PMS, but other then that is a great dog. Really likes me too, lol.

Because she stinks? No other reason? That's a shame. Poor girl doesn't deserve to be put down because she has a bit of body odor. Hopefully whatever is causing the stink is easy to fix and she can come home with you to live out her life.

Mhm, it has my family and I in a bit of a mood because we find it stupid as that is the only reason.

I didn't add this in the original post, but the stink is coming from her mouth, so people on another forum mentioned teeth problems, which now that I think about it could be a good possibilty, sooo, I'll be taking a look at them when I see her next, and also mentioned it to them.

Teeth problems, an abscess or maybe a tumor or something in her mouth...good luck!
