Default Move it around freaks..........are you one?

My living room has been in the same arrangement for at least 2 months...........that might be a record for me

Well, it ENDED TODAY! The furniture has been rearranged (except the tree & gifts) and it feels like a whole new room! I LOVE IT.......for about a month or so! hhahahaha

It doesn't even phase Kevin anymore.......he'll walk through the door, find a spot for his computer bag, and say the room looks nice dear in very calm voice, peck my cheek, and then continue to find what will be his favorite place to relax for the next month or so! hahahahaha

Now I am thinking about the family room.........can't leave the kids out of the "mess with your stuff" day now can I?

Who else is a move it freak? I know you're out there.........step forward and confess!

It's just a way for me to feel like I have a whole new house/room with out all the aggravation of actually PACKING BOXES!

HAHA I hear ya. with our living room in the house we are in right now there really isn't a way to reorganize. everything is pretty much where it needs to stay. the only other choice is to move the couch over against the half wall and that's not a very good idea with a little climber monkey lol

yep..guilty as charged here! altho I'm limited as to what can go where, I just like to have a change every couple months. I keep the rooms in the same color scheme so I can even just sometimes switch out little accessories. amazing how that can make a difference sometimes. my biggest oddity is I LOVE changing valances at least every 3 months. sometimes I do just switch rooms, but it is something I do also just love shopping for. don't like any kind of actual curtain, but a little valance in a new style perks me up. (ok..it's a sickness..lol) when we lived in our old house, I even changed ROOMS around sometimes. now that was funny when Dave came home and our bedroom was somewhere else. I haven't changed our bedroom here since we moved in, cause the tv stuff is just on the one wall. but boy...am I itching to somehow! ask me in January when I REALLY get motivated for something new. I want to completely redo our bedroom...paint..flooring...bed.

I have always loved to rearrange! I used to rearrange my bedroom every month or so when I was young. Lately, when I am in the nursery at night, I am thinking about how I can rearrange it to make more room, or how I could arrange it if I switch the furniture and make it into a guest room since the guest room is bigger.

never rearrange--lol! But, to be honest, I don't really have the room to rearrange--so once it's there, it's pretty much there.

I'm a stick-in-the-mud... Leave everything pretty much as it is. My mom, on the other hand, rearranges and repaints at the drop of a hat (or Dad going out of town). He never knows what he's going to return to... Lol!

tsk tsk......no room is no excuse! My living room/dining room are all one big room, and by big, I don't mean BIG. I think the whole area is about 15x25 and it's right when you come in the front door (I hate it by the way, LOL)

I don't care if it's just switching the chair and the couch to opposite walls........a change is a change!
