Wow, that does sound pretty awful! (what provoked you to watch such a thing? LOL)
I'd have to say BJ and the Bear was about the worst tv I can ever remember...........I was just a kid, but my parents watched it for some crazy reason  For those who don't know or remember, it was a TV show about a truck driver and his pet monkey! -------> YouTube - BJ and the Bear A really AWFUL example of late 70's TV! LOL

I kept hearing about how awful the Star Wars Xmas special was. So I had to watch it for myself. Unfortunately I found it on line, and just lost 2 hours of my life.
And I think I remember dimly watching that show Acoop.. I liked the monkey lol. (but I was VERY young)

Why would you watch bad TV, unless it's for the train wreck factor? If nothing good is on, turn it off and do something productive! There are shows my wife watches that make me cringe. I leave the room and don't say a word. Makes for a peaceful household.
