WHY!!! why do shelties do this?

I am going to go back to training Protection/Detection dogs. I need to cut back on my "pack" in order to devote more time to training. They are great dogs from working stock. I will not let them go until I find the right home for them. They had one litter (accident) that turned out great. I was going to have my female spayed but now I will wait and leave that up to the new owners.
