My last trick to teach Summer was to play dead (I know, she probably should have known this before). Now I'm back to working on trying to get her to paw at something, which is insanely difficult for her for some reason. Anyways, every time I start trying to shape a paw, her default 'trick' is now to fall over on her side. It's like having one of those fainting goats or something.
She was getting very frustrated earlier. She just kept falling over and falling over and I wasn't giving her her treat!

Poor Summer.
![]() Mina's currently convinced that anytime I tell her to down it's to be accompanied by rolling over. Why now? I have no idea, she learned to roll over quite a while ago and it never affected her down.

Izzy is the same way when I'm trying to teach her new tricks! I recently taught her to crawl but only after about half an hour of her rolling on her side first.
