I have an emergency brisket.
Yeeeah. I bought a big beef brisket on sale to throw into my freezer. Hubby and I don't particularly eat a lot of brisket. So why'd I buy it?
.... .... .... .... .... .... In case of an emergency barbecue/get together.  You never know when you're going to decide to have a bunch of guests over!Oy. Some people have a panic button. I have a panic brisket.  Methinks we have too many barbecues.
