from what my sister says about the books the shifters are kept VERY bestial...jacob gets a little douchey and itll bug me to see bella abuse him...from everything im told bellas very much a "well edwards not here wo youll do" and hes just obsessed enough to go with it...
but as a whole the wolf pack is supposedly been kept very "tribal" in nature *fingers crossed*

i was never a vampire fan as is, but seeing them sparkle...*sigh*

i always loved vampires so i read the first book at my friends request. and it took everything cool that i liked about them and turned them all into a bunch of whiney, emo teens

from the previews atleast the werewolf looks cool.

i might be kind of... douchey for lack of a better word. if i really really liked someone and they knew it and everytime that another person who i didn't like showed up they did the screw you thing and ditched me.

Am I the only person who found these books unreadable?

no you aren't. *raises hand* i don't think the english language has enough words to express how horribly written these books are.

there the fantasy of some young stay at home housewife...
personally i see the books as a mildly less psychotic anne rice...(with a teenage grasp on the english language)
like anne rice she developed characters she WISHED she had in her life.
a "drop dead gorgeous" vampire who loved her unconditionally and would kill himself to protect her...he would support her "special emotional" side and black blah blah
then a strongly devoted ANIMALISTIC man to take care fo THOSE desires...

i havent read the books and the first movie made me say so let me get this straight, vampires are emo teans and bella likes abuse...cause lets face it, she puts HERSELF in an emotionally abusive (im here now im not) relationship rather than go with the guy who was obviously very devoted a great frined, hot and obviously cared deeply...
i personally think bella is THE WORST role model for teenage girls...

but werewolves...*drools* the guy that plays jacob is a little too young for my tastes (i belive the acotrs only 16) and looks it...but give him a few years and he could be yummy! seeing those guys shift into huge wolves...yeah im a freek LOL!

and i agree, if i was jacob, id probably be a prick to bella too...

im not willing to fight the crowds, but once it quiets down a bit if i get movie tickets for xmas (ive got a friend with triple A that usualy gifts tickets) i may go see it in january (itll still be in theaters)
but its more likely ill ned up waiting for the dvd to hit redbox.

besides 2012 is higher on my list...i much prefer action over emo vampires!
