Default Overdue Buster Peektures

This is what I think of your photo taking!

busy looking for rabbits.

Then he heard something in a bush...

Look - somethings in there

Look! I'm pointing right at it

Okay... first prepare...

Then STRIKE!

And snuffle around

And... WHAT THE HELL IS THAT!?

At this stage I figured it must not have been a mouse as I thought it would have been and called him off because I didn't want it to be a snake.
Looked over and its a blue tongue lizard. Couldn't get a good photo but I recognise the pattern from when my sister had them.

I'm glad Buster's a bit freaked out about lizards, hopefully it'll keep him from going after snakes. He was very interested but not really wanting to get in its way lol.

BUSTER! I lurves me some buster He looks so cute investigating the bush, growing up we had a girl that would pounce on bushes and holes to flush and it was just too funny!

I am glad he isn't thrilled with scaly prey too! I imagine there are LOTS of poisonous scaly beasts where you live One thing I truly despised living in AZ!

I was talking to my vet the other day and he said last week he had a dog with copperhead snake bite come in from my area.
They're definetly out and about this time of year and its kind of a rural area. Thankfully I'm usually with him when he's out in the yard.

Glad he didn't hurt the blue tongue, they're nice little lizards.
