Travis pictures
Finally got him settled (and groomed enough) to get some pictures of him. He was in a SHOCKING state when he arrived. His nails were so long that his toes were turning out when he stood. I battled for 3 days to get the matts out because he screamed so much.
 I finally relented and shaved his thighs and belly, the hair was so dry and damaged anyway that there was no point in salvaging any of it. Looks like his show career will only start late next year, no way I can show this scrappy little dog. He is looking so much better already though, better food and leave in conditioners are making a difference. Anyway, I am using this thread to document his progress, I can't wait to see what he is going to look like in 6 months time!!!   What you want?  Sort of freestack. He freestacks all the time and it looks amazing.  I like this one.

That's sad, maybe she should consider rehoming her non-show dogs then if they're going to be treated like that.

hes a beautiful boy
and im sure with a lil more TLC he will be in show condition in no timebreeder or not, its a shame that he was in such bad shape. Romeo came from a show breeder. He was never shown nor bred but his coat, teeth etc.. were in perfect condition. If a breeder has too many dogs to keep up with the most basic of things, like keeping dogs clean and comfortable, then they need to rethink their number of dogs.
