Best. Birthday. Ever
I don't even know where to begin.
This time last year I spent my birthday being all mopey because I had lost 2 cats within 2 weeks prior to my birthday, and kicked my fiance out almost a month before it. My life was a mess, and I knew I had some serious growing up, and finding myself to do. 365 days later I can honestly say I never thought I could be this happy! I have family that loves me, friends who are always there for me, and a wonderful family on Chaz. My birthday started out great, got my bed a couple weeks ago, and my brother gave me stairs for Bailey that he built for her since the bed is so high. I love my brother! Then I had lunch with my roommate and watched a movie and we just hung out. Then I had dinner at my parents house, and spent time with them. Ryan (the boy from Denver I may or may not be in love with: read- definitley am) called me to wish me a happy birthday and tell me he missed me and wished he was here to spend it with me. Back on Saturday I got an email from him that contained him playing his guitar and singing Edwin McCain's- I'll Be to me. He has an amazing voice, and I listen to it every day  Then I learned that an old friend was in town, one whose grandpa lives on my street that I have known since I was 13. He came over last night, it's been 5 years since I have seen him and we sat out back by the fire and reminisced about the good ol days lol. So all in all, best birthday ever. And the whole family is comign over to my moms tomorrow night for another birthday dinner. I'm so glad my life is back on track  Go me!
