The Leonids
is anyone planning on watching tonight? The best time for viewing in the Eastern Hemisphere is supposed to be 1am - dawn. It should be a great show if you can get away from the lights, 30 or more meteors each hour!
I'm tossing some blankets and tea into the car and driving off to some dark corner with some good music and snuggling down.

im gonna see if i can catch them this year form the garden...if im awake...
im hopeing next year ill have my own place in the middle of nowhere to lay out and watch all the asteroid showers from my own little place.

I'm such a dork. I'm bouncing off the walls waiting for Zach to get here. I'm going to try and get some pictures, but without a tripod it's gonna be hard.
Supposedly in asia you can see 200-300 meteors an hour! I bet it's unbelievable over there.

I.couldn't.see.a.thing. Its been rainy and overcast these past days =( last night was no different =/ now its almost 6am...
