Default Slim in 6 [weeks]

I started this workout tonite. It's made by the same company (beachbodys.com) that does p90x. Just scanning through the video it looks easy.. not even sweat worthy. OMG. It feels like I just got out of a pool, but without that refreshing feeling. I can't feel my arms, and I have to pee but my knees say NO at the moment. LOL.

Sounds great, Mer. I'm glad you found something else you think you can do. Keep us up to date on your progress!

I wish i had time to do more than one work out a day. Sounds like it might be good to burn off some of the jiggle.. but I'm happy with p90x and the strength I'm gaining...

Thanks Q! I hope once I do this once or twice I can do the p90x again. I just need to get a hunk of weight off so I can do most of the exercises.

My sister and her husband started this a couple weeks ago... along with "eating clean"... and they've had some pretty good results so far.

I tried it. It sucks. I thought it was great for a few days, but then by the end of the first week I stopped sweating so hard. By the end of the second week, it was a piece of cake and I hardly broke a sweat at all.

I quit doing that and started running/doing the elliptical for 30 minutes every other day (working my body to exertion, so I had to take a day off in between to let my muscles recover) and inches/pounds started melting away.

Just goes to show you that not every program/routine is for everyone. Glad you found something that works for you.

Day 2 completed. I didn't sweat as much but man oh man are my arms burning!!... along with the rest of my body. OMG I bet I feel this one tomorrow.

Figured out about 5 minutes in I didn't take my Naproxen this morning. Knee was grinding and popping away... shoulders kept clicking. I'm falling apart!! And I also hurt the front of my ankle.. like the front of your leg where foot meets calf.. yeah... it feels nice. LOL
