What IS this?
I have no clue what it is - looks like a hair curler to me...?
I got it in a pack of dog toys...?   It's hard, and doesn't smell, that I can tell, but Psyche LOVES it. No writing on it anywhere... I have NO clue what it is. I'm keeping it from them until I know it's safe. ETA: Better pictures:

From the top we can't really see how long it is or if there is any shape at all to it. It looks like a doughnut.

looks to me kind of like one of those tubes that a tennis ball is supposed to be in--have seen them at Petsmart.
