What type of recipes are you looking for?

Most of the recipes I made these days are under 350 calories and high in protein. I can post a few up if you're interested.

This is really really good. 367 calories per serving.
Dinner in 20: Mediterranean Chicken and Pasta

If you like burgers, these are a good alternative to beef. They were really moist and good, I know turkey burgers can get a bit dry but the ricotta did wonders.

This was the best salmon I ever had. It was sooooo good. Only 234 calories per serving.
Honey-Soy Broiled Salmon | Eating Well

I made this a couple nights ago and it was fantastic. It's reminiscent of white chicken chili if you've ever had that, but it's really thick. 287 cals per serving and quite filling.
Chicken and White Bean

That's all the healthy stuff I've made lately. It was all pretty easy too and really good. Justin is a total foodie so I have to please his taste buds if I want him to eat healthy.

I like to wash, let dry, cut up and roast a ton of veggies on a baking sheet, with a light dusting of Asian sea salt mix. omnomnomnom.

Yogurt and granola are my morning breakfast staple. Love it. Be sure to have SOMETHING for breakfast every morning, it does wonders to boost metabolism.
