AAAAAAAH I am going mad

I have been working with someone on a set of bridesmaid jewelry and this is proving to be a test of my patience lol. I know she wants everything perfect for her wedding and I am fine with that but this has been SO ongoing.

this person placed this order based on something she saw on my website. she picked out the design and everything. So ... I made it all. her "budget" was not very high and I went WAY out of my way to find all the beads in bulk so that I could do this for her.

She wanted to see the different red beads together so I took a picture... everything was fine.

I put together SIX sets of earrings and necklaces and took a picture for her. she then decided that she wanted the red beads to be the same. the earrings have red swarovski crystals and the necklaces have red czech glass beads... she was the one that picked this design and approved the beads. so now she wants to change to one or the other... all swarovskis or all czech glass.

but first she wants to see a picture with the swatch she sent me to decide which she wants.

i took pictures today with the necklace and the swatch and the earrings and the swatch. She wanted a picture of both together with the swatch... no problem. took a picture sent it... then she wanted the picture with the earring right on the swatch with the necklace... no problem. Then she couldn't tell in the lighting. by this poitn I am losing my daylight quickly. so I told her it would have to wait until tomorrow to get some more daylight. so she decides to go with the beads that are in the necklace and asked how much it would be to change the earrings. I gave her the price which was quite low as I don't need many beads.

Well I guess she is inspired by the LOW price to change the earrings and asked how much it would be to change the necklaces to the swarovski... I told her it would be at LEAST $50... swarovskis are expensive and the color she wants I cannot find in bulk anywhere plus having to restring all 6 necklaces. Now she doesn't know WHAT she wants lol. she wants me to take another picture tomorrow so she can show it to her fiance and see what he thinks

OY VEY. I'm very honored that she chose my shop for her wedding jewelry but this has been ongoing for MONTHS seriously lol. I'm starting to feel that nothing is going to be RIGHT. but SHE picked everything out and approved it all.

there have been moments where I have thought "hmmm I wonder if someone p ut her up to messing with me just to see how far I will let it go" haha

but she paid already at least and that's an expensive joke if it is one LOL

All I can say is..

Heaven help her fiancé!! He's not just hearing about the bridesmaids jewelry, he's hearing about the whole shebang!

You certainly have more patience than I have, i'd have lost the plot and told her which way up she is by now! LOL!

I must admit I would have told her that she approved the design and that is what she gets or she must reorder and repay.
