Default adult tricycle?!

i know there are a couple of members on here who have trycicles...

im epileptic and after having an on bike seizure lost all confidence in a 2 wheels contraption (i also wont ride my scooter anymore *pouts* its just not safe for me or to dogs!)
the probelm with the kind of seizures i have is i freeze, which means if im riding and dot get warning (not usual when i have ruby with me but still possible) my body clentches...which means my hand clenthes onto the break and say hello to sudden stop.
with warning i can usually pull over to the side however i am very unblanced and should sit or lay down during a seizure, of course you cant do this on a regular bike and i wouldnt want to sit on the pavement around here lol.
i also dont nessicarily have time to find a safe place to pull over, unclip the dogs, leash them, tie the leash to something and prop the bike up before seizing...

anywho.
i want to ride again, a motor trike is completly out of the question at this stage in life, i need to upgrade my car before i even think of buying a motorcycle of any number of wheels and i need a job before that...

so i was thinking about getting an adult tricycle...
something along these lines
Walmart.com: Schwinn Meridian Adult Trike, Dark Cherry: Bikes, Scooters & Skates

i was thinking on asking for one for xmas/brithday, but not sure if that one is a good bike, or if a trike is even a good idea.

it would be for on road/on trail use, the excersize wouldnt hurt either. the guy at the bicycle shop in town doesnt carry them but he can build it if i cant find one already built.

thoughts?
id love to know what the folks who have tricycles ride...

I used to have a schwinn bike, it was really good.

I wouldn't think it woudl be good for much off-road stuff (including bumpy trails) but otherwise it looks good.

Do the dogs run beside the bike? Not sure I'd do that with a tricycle, but you always have the basket!

lol, my guys run on demand?
they only run when THEY want to run...which is usually only when offleash...and of course, given the sighthoundish nature of the chinese crested...offleash anywhere note securly fenced is NOT happening lol.
so nawh, the cresties would ride in the basket.
