To be honest I don't think the guy was trying to hurt the puppy. He probably thought it'd be funny, like a joke. But the poor dog still suffered because of that kind of mentality

I think it's funnier watching people getting drunk. Especially since I don't drink. You can tell the people about it the next day and have two laughs. One when they were doing it and the other telling them about it.
