Desperate white shepherd
I am starting a new thread on this guy because the old one has several already adopted dogs on it. This white guy is good with other dogs, good with kids, but is heartworm positive.

I really want him! But my dad won't let me and they don't let out of State adoptions!

Are you sure about out of state adoptions because they were trying to get him to me here in Canada, which is out of country, but I just can't afford the transport and adoption fees, then the $300-$400 to treat his heartworm. I called my vet to find out and that is the price range she gave me.

Funny, I e-mailed her and she said Sorry, we won't ship him out of State.
