Unhappy Like a kick in the stomach

You guys remember kacee's story?

Well I went to her home today and I couldnt take her for a walk so I sat and talked with her owners (Whom I really do love, one used to babysit me for years)... After an hour of conversation they casualy mentioned they may be moving across the country to Alberta for work.. Like, move permanatly with both young children under the age of 4.

Chances of them going are good.

So of course I was upset they were leaving because I do love them after all.. They are like family.

But in the back of my mind i was smiling because I thought For SURE that meant they would leave my girl here with me She could live in a house with a loving family and get good food and a bed, instead of a life at the end of a chain. with a beat up old wooden dog house that doesnt even have aa door to keep the weather out..

Then I casually asked if they would have a yard. (I was thinking of the kids) And they said "Well of course we will have a yard, Where would we put kacee?"

God D*mn Bas+ards. They assured me that if they were ever going to move kacee would live with me... THEY DONT EVEN TAKE CARE OF HER! She's my baby I will NEVER see her again f they move. She loves me even MORE then I love her. She will never get walked.. And she will lose out on the only love she knows.

WHY DO THEY HAVE A DOG IF THEY DONT LIKE IT?!!!N AND WHY THE HELL ARE THEY GOING TO DRAG HER ACROSS THE COUNTRY AND MAKE US BOTH SUFFER?

Seriously. I know its THEIR dog and THEIR decision. But my GAWD!

Give me a break. I do EVERYTHING for this dog. Before me she didnt have a frickin collar! She had her chain wrapped arounf her neck and hooked up!

I would bring it up to them. Just mention that you'd love to have Kacee come stay with you, so she could stay in familiar territory. Worth giving it a shot, if you don't, you'll always think "what if"

Im actually Scared to ask. Im not good with that kind of thing especially with them. They are the type to get offended and never talk to me again.. They`ve already almost shunned my mother because she offered them 500 Dollars for us to keep her. Im desperate though and NEED to get her out of there.. I cant stop crying.. I feel like My heart has been trampeled by a horse.

I cant loose her. So what if they hate me for asking (Seriously, they are weird like that) Its worth it.

hmm.. I honestly don't know her story, or the circumstances, but if it's really bad, and she is chained up all the time or something... before they move, you may even try getting the law involved for abuse if you really fear its gonna be that bad when they move. You can do it anonymously so they never know it was you.

Ugh that makes me mad.. I'm sorry When are they moving?? If she's out in the winter, they should be able to do something because she's out in the cold in Canadian winter LOL.

Honestly though, I'd just casually mention it.. or be like "so are you sure that you'll have time for Kacee at the new place" and stuff like that. This situation just sucks.

ask...it can't hurt and maybe you can convince them. I am so terribly sorry.
I hope they change their minds and do the right thing.

I know, its just a crappy situation.. Ive reported a 9 lb xbreed that is outside 24/7 in ALL weather. he's 15 and in the winter he barks as if he's lost his voice. They didnt do anything. No matter how persistant I am. They say they cant..

Kacee is outside in the winter too.. Sometimes if its very bad out in storms she can get the cold, damp basement floor to sleep on.

I'll mention it in passing. Maybe they will change there mind?

They should know by saturday when they are moving. Its not a sure thing. But they are almost sure he will loose his job. And if his boss says so on saturday they are going to be making the plans to move.

Can Kacee go *poof* right before they move? You could take her to a friend's house and tell the family that she ran away?

Sounds like a sad situation.

Your all full of great ideas.. But theres always an obstacle..

I thought of that.. but they have so much family living so close to me they would see her and ship her up.

Heres a vid. It breaks my heart.
