I have seen these online, and I am thinking of getting one for my dogs, and cat. Does anyone here have one? I am reading a bunch of mixed reviews.
if you have one, do you like it? Are there any filters that need replacing? Is the motor loud?

I have a fountain although not that brand and my dog and cat both love it. THey prefer the moving water over sitting water if given a choice.

i have a cat sized drinkwell. it is not loud at all. it does have a filter but honestly i just rinse it out and don't actually change it. probably i'm killing my cats with toxins or something. ah well.
the cats love it.

I like those, but they wouldn't work for us. Aussie likes to get in the water bowl and dig after he has run and played, and Wrangler puts his whole nose in and blows bubbles while he drinks. They both really dirty up the water and make a mess. I have to change it twice a day at least.

Are they worth the money? Does you dogs and cats drink more water having a fountain?

Yes they do. Mine was recommended to me by the vet for my cat after my previous dog died. The cat was upset and not drinking, getting dehydrated. The running water encourages them to drink.
