No idea, what till she's bigger and you'll see better
 What products have you got so far? Lots of people have raised pups early on here if you have any questions. Not an impossible task. Make sure you socialise properly with other dogs and you can begin SIMPLE obedience straight away.

It's hard to tell when they're this young.
Do a lot of reading on here, your pup is missing out on some crucial socialization times with their mom and litter. It's up to you to make that up so she can be a well-adjusted dog.

You may not need to bottle feed her at 4 weeks. Try soaking some dry puppy food in warm water until it is soft and see if she will eat it. She may only eat a spoonful per meal but she will need to be fed about every 3 hours. (More often if she acts hungry. Less often if she doesn't eat eagerly each meal.) She will probably have to poop within 5-10 minutes after eating so you can start paper-training her or litterbox training her right away.
