Hello Chazzers, I have recently adopted a 2 1/2 yr old Italian Greyhound X her name is Kayda she was intact and had a litter before I adopted her my mother and I applied to get Kayda spayed the first vet rejected the second charged $290. But soon after a foundation that helps pay for the spay and neuter of dogs that there owners are having troubles with money, vets, area etc.Well this foundation had helped me pay for her spay. I could not be more gratefull there is no way to thank this foundation.
I thought this foundation should be reconized for there help. thank you TASIA |

I'm very glad you found someone to help you. It's wonderful when groups are willing and able to help in situations like that!
I'm curious - what does "the first vet rejected" mean?

THat is awesome they helped you with her spay. Be prepared for teeth problems in the future. Italian greyhounds need vets that understand their special needs when it comes to the gas.

Thank you for the heads up on tooth problems I will get that info on the next check up.
And the vet rejected means they turned us down due to income and space I believe. |
