First Rally trial tomorrow morning..

Dance and I are entered in our first Rally-O trial early tomorrow. I'm excited but nervous at the same time -- I hope it all goes smoothly and I don't miss any stations or anything, haha. I've never taken a Rally class, so while I've read/looked at all the signs online, I've never experienced them in person. Fortunately I was able to train/practice with the Tollers' breeder last night kind of last minute, so she helped me out a lot... but it wasn't quite the same as an actual trial will be! I practiced with Dance a tiny bit today as well on my own, but not too much because otherwise she might not want to work tomorrow. I also signed Keira up for the Canine Good Neighbour test. She should do well, but a show environment isn't something she's used to at all, so I hope she doesn't find it too overwhelming. My only major worry with her is that the test is outside and last I heard it's supposed to rain in the morning, so that'll be a bit of a challenge. She hates rain, haha. Ripley's going too, but simply for socialization and whatnot. He should have a good time -- he's so easygoing and confident about everything. Anyhow, just wanted to share!

Thanks everyone!

Today went pretty good. Dance was perfect, but I lost us quite a few points by accident, haha. Oh well -- I apparently wasn't moving quickly enough, and I had to redo two stations. We still got a qualifying score though (75/100), and now I know better for next time. Keira easily got her CGN as well, and Ripley had a fantastic time. He was thrilled with all the people there wanting to meet him.
