The Rats! *Moose & Star*

Moose - Blind 2 year old champagne capped female rat
Star - 1 year old black and white hooded female rat

Both are very social animals. Moose was bought as a $.99 feeder rat by my sister for a White Elephant gift at a Christmas party. The party got canceled, and my sister dumped her on me to care for; I took her everywhere with me, she was sit right in between my boobs when she was a baby. Now that she has grown up, she hates car rides and perfers exploring my room rather than riding with me to the store.
Star was dumped with her four babies in front of a livestock feed store. She was dumped outside of the box her babies were in, and she hid underneath a pot to hide from the rain and was finally found and put back with her babies. I took Star and the babies, kept her and adopted the babies out when it was time.

Both of them come to their names, and although Moose is blind, she still gets around perfectly well.
