funny... I just looked at these.

Some really amazing shots. I'm with fran... some of them had me in tears. The one with the servicemembers dog who was laying in front of his casket... LOST IT

I made the mistake of looking at the picture of the dog laying in front of the casket while I was at work....thank god no one came by my office for a good 15 minutes!

Very moving...though there were a couple I admit I personally dont think belonged (the AMy Winehouse one though one could argue it I guess, and the DC earthquake)

Dang, some of those were terrifying and heartbreaking. I'm always in awe of photography and its ability to freeze time.

The one of the volcano and the dust storm = win. I LOVE crazy cloud formations.
