Today we had to euth my beloved billy goat. He contracted a Deer Worm (Menegial (?) Worm). Goats are not the natural hosts of this worm, he ate a slug that was carrying it. He lost all use of his legs and body. All he could do was thrash around and open his mouth a little. We decided to end his suffering.
Good-bye, Wyatt.

I had to google it, and it sounds like an absolutely awful thing to go through. I am so very sorry for your loss. :(

Whats worse is I just sold that pygmy buck , the orange and white doe and the tan and white kid you see in the second picture. So now I have a herd of does:(. Those two little white kids (baby goats) in the second pic are for sale.
