I'm new here.
I have a 14 year old Chihuahua. About a year ago she was diagnosed with an enlarged heart. She has been taking medication for it, and was doing well until a few weeks ago when she starting fainting. That was so scarey, but she wasn't out but a few seconds. The vet prescribed a human heart medication. There is no cure for her heart condition, but this new medication has stopped the fainting, and my little gal is sometimes acting like a two year old again!
I want to keep her as long as possible! She is such a joy. She is not a yappy dog not aggressive at all. Everyone who meets Belle loves her.
A little about me... I have been grooming dogs for over thirty years. I also make life size paper mache dogs.
