cavalier king charles ???

hey anyone here have a cavalier who a few times a day does a kind of throat clearing noise (honking) does it a few times and then is fine is this a worrie??

Both my little dogs do it after they drink water. They stick their whole head into the bowl and when they come back up for air, they "honk." Roxy also does it when she is really happy. It's called a reverse sneeze.
