I don't worry about it. Worms are just common in puppies which is why I plave more importance on it then. But if the dog is now an adult and doing fine, well, then it doesn't really matter that its poop wasn't checked as a pup.

I have never had fecals done on Mollie. In my opinion it's something for when there's a problem, or when you suspect a problem. For a normal, indoor, healthy dog I don't think it's completely necessary.

I feel like My dogs go everywhere and could pick up anything, early detection/ prevention / peace of mind for me lol
I have stupid stray cats that crap all over the neighborhood that I've seen worms in their feces... I know healthy adult dogs in the area that've picked up worms and were treated early (before weight loss or other symptoms) due to annual testing. And giardia (sp?)
