I was just looking through the Orijen website one last time to make sure I didn't miss anything, and noticed that it says the food is cooked at 90 degrees C or 194 F. Is that basically saying the stuff is baked?

I know extruded food is made at "low temperatures," with the goal being to avoid the negative effects of high temperature baking, but what exactly is low temperature? The sticky on the innova evo cooking process also said it was made at a low temperature, but doesn't say if it's extruded or baked.
