How do you get rid of 'love handles'? Do I do crunches? Is it possible to even get rid of them?!
I know I shouldn't be worried about this, but in the last month I've gained 20 pounds. It was definitely 20 pounds I desperately needed, but I gained it all in my stomach area and I look about 4 months pregnant. My stomach area is huge compared to my tiny little legs and arms..I look weird.
So I think I should start working out, not for weight loss, but to get toned I guess? Does anyone have any tips or suggestions? Thank you!
