Bisbee

I just saw on the local newspaper last week that Texas A&M's dear old Bisbee passed away. They found his body next to the BSBE building. It made me really sad to hear.

He was a feral cat that wormed his way into everyone's hearts. When I lived in the dorms for two years, he was my 'pet fix' there. I remember when Harry died, I went for a walk by myself and Bisbee came over and rubbed all over me and let me pet him for ages. He was such a good kitty and helped me through that time. They built him a house next to the BSBE building, where he got his name from. He always hung around there and was always getting loved on by the students.

I know, not a dog and not even an animal with an owner, but still a great cat that really did see me (and I'm sure many other students) through quite a bit.

I'm sorry. I remember reading about him and thinking he was an awesome cat. RIP Bisbee.

He was really a neat guy. A&M has a lot of feral cats but Bisbee was the only one I ever saw that let people pet him. He loved people (hated dogs!) and pretty much hammed for attention constantly.

I'm so sorry. RIP Bisbee.

So sorry; he sounds like he provided a lot of love to all on the campus.

Rest in peace Bisbee. He sounds like an amazing cat!
