Teeth and gums licking

I can't find any other posts about this. My jack constantly licks the gums and teeth of our puppy. Why? Should I stop him?

Love !! I've had EliN's Hunter all week and he and Ollie have taken turns playing " dentist "!! One of the greatest forms of love between 2 dogs is one taking the muzzle of the other in their mouth. All my dogs have done this .... especially with puppies. Your JR likes the pup and likes the puppy breath. Ollie held his mouth open wide and Hunter " brushed " his teeth with his tongue .

I guess it's good that mine love each other then. Gunner will lick Tira's lips/mouth clean after she's taken a drink and for no reason at all sometimes. I've seen them "kiss" before also. It's very cute.
