Actually those are interesting! If you actually read the studies, and the other studies it becomes far less 'obvious' than the media makes it out to be.
I did do a huge project on topic in a similar vein (obesity and the link between leptin and insulin) So I am quite aware of how some things are portrayed. However even a quick skim of this topic has me leaning towards this is not something to be paranoid about.
