One of my managers at work just bought an adorable black Dane girl and was saying something about her being certified as a potential service dog? Has anyone heard anything about what that might be? It's supposedly a week long course for 3-4 month old dogs...I kept asking him if it was the CGC or TT but he swears it has to do with service dog stuff.

They're full of it. No such thing.
Or getting scammed. A lot of people have a way of convincing people they need something. I've seen many websites that sell "certification" papers for service dogs. A training facility might be able to pull that kind of thing off as well.

I asked him to bring in the "papers". I'm pretty sure it's some shady breeder trying to justify an exorbitant purchase price.
