Basol

Her tail is down to near-nothing and she's dragging her hind legs. All within a two-day period. After a week of not eating again.

I'm guessing metabolic bone disease. Spent last night and this morning syringing baby food laced with supplements into her, which she didn't appreciate. I've already emailed my vet for an opinion. It's a holiday today and I'm mad busy most of the day. I'll be fretting about her the entire time.

Just... ugh.

She passed this afternoon. Peacefully, by the looks of things.

I'm not being so peaceful about it.

I'm not sure who or what Basol is, but I am really sorry It's always so hard losing a pet *hug*

Oh no, I'm so so sorry . It sounds like she was really sick, at least she is at peace now. It is really sad when these little guys get ill, many times there is nothing you can do. Do you have any pictures of her?
