Could you imagine! Disqualified for wearing glasses, eye defect. DQ'ed for mal-aligned teeth, moles, birthmarks, hair color, etc.

But I'm not sure guys would want to participate if it required them being checked for their testicles being dropped or not...maybe if the judge was hot though *shrug*

No doubt, especially with certain breeds. But if my doctor was gay, it'd still be clinical!
