Today was his third day in the pool. Last time he would not not not jump off the side, just off the ramp. Today I got him running smoothly down the ramp and jumping off without hesitation in about five minutes, so I asked for more. It took him a couple minutes to decide that he really did want the wubba that badly, but after about three hesitant thoughtful jumps, he started jumping smoothly into the pool from the deck.
I am so thrilled. I never thought he'd get there this quickly! I am all proud mama right now, my heart totally swelled.
He is such a cool puppy.
