One last run...

I promise this will be my last sad post. Yesterday I took my girl Midnite down to the meadow since that was our spot. I took some pictures and I'm glad I did since this is how I will always remember her. If there really is a place called the rainbow bridge I hope this is what it looks like since she loved the meadow so much.

I had slept with her the night before and told her what was going to happen. And that morning it was like she knew it was going to be the last time down there and she ran hard. She jumped in the car and walked right into the vet's office normally I have to drag her in. I think she was telling me she was ready.
