I've been doing a lot of online research for obedience training books and there's one called "Secrets to Dog Training" that i see all the time. Some look more legit than others but I generally see them on ads that look spammy, like Get Dog Training Aids. Normally I wouldn't buy something like that, but it's literally the only ebook I've encountered. It seems like it's widely used- so is it a total scam or do you think it might be a good resource? I'd like to hear from some ACTUAL people. Thanks a lot.

I would ignore the ebooks and go for something known to be helpful, like Patricia McConnell's The Other End of the Leash or Karen Pryor's Don't Shoot the Dog. They're not very expensive at all.
