Although I do have a suggestion, you do have quite a few forums for relatively few posts. For example in the off topic category there are 10 topics in 3 similar-ish forums. My suggestion would be merge them into one big off topic forum. In that same vein, maybe have a "Chat" category, and have Dog Chat, Testing, Introductions and Off Topic chat in that
