Candlewood Suites supporting HSUS

Candlewood Suites has started a new "Candlewood Canines" project which donates money to the HSUS. Last I heard, they are running a promotion that will give around $100,000 to the organization. They are attempting to get their donation to fund the HSUS Animal Rescue Team specifically, to try and "prevent" the donations going into pension funds and the like... but who knows how honest HSUS will be when it comes down to it.

Please write on their facebook wall, and let them know how you feel. I know I won't be going there until they change their position on this.

Oh grief. What does it take for people to SEE what is out there? How can anyone take H$U$ seriously after their backing of Michael Vick? After the Katrina scam?

candlewood is a subsidiary of intercontinental hotels group. I have sent them an e-mail informing them that i will never patronize ANY of their hotel chains while a single one supports HSUS or other animal rights extremist groups.
