Thanks, you don't necessarily need a poodle, just a white/light coloured dog. That said, poodles ARE awesome dogs and I highly recommend them (to some people).

Thanks!! I did it freehand with washable, non-toxic markers. It fades quickly, and washes out easily. I wish I had a stencil. Drawing on a squirming dog is hard.

Thanks everyone!! I never expected to be a "poodle person", I was always a big lab lover, but due to allergies in my family, poodles were the second choice. Now they are very much first choice, especially since Mitch joined us. Don't let the hair fool you, they are goofy, athletic, fun fun fun dogs. Any outdoor activity is perfect for poodles, just stay away from burrs, those things are the devil!!
