Those ears.... >.<

Are taking FOREVER to regrow all that fringe he lost. I was looking back at pics and boy has he lost alot of it. He never had the best fringing, but after Harry kept CHEWING on his ears, it has gotten kind of sad. It's been about 6 months since Harry passed away so it's grown back a bit. It's now to the edge of his ear on the back. So hopefully another 6 months and it'll be looking much much better.

How were they chewed? What does chewed mean? Still pretty though!

Harry liked to pull on Beau's hair so it was all ripped out.

I saw a pap at a show once whose dachshund sibling had chewed on only one of the ears. So it had fringe on one side but not on the other. lol


He used to be able to do this too!

Other family dogs literally chewed on the fur when playing..

I know a lady with a sheltie in a cocker cut. Her other dog was chewing on her fur, and it got gross. Taking forever to regrow.

Harry also pulled out a chunk of his tail too. Luckily that doesn't look so bad.

It was mainly during play. They'd get to wrestling and Harry liked to grab Beau by the tail or the ears. The boys would get a little rough lol.
