It’s actually for picking up color that you've already used. Lets say you're working on a drawing and you want to reuse a color and you're not precisely sure what color it was, you then take the dropper click it over the exciting color and it will give you the same color to work with.

I did the mountain tops (except second from right), outlines, and trees and CK9 did the sky, grass, and brown mountain part.

yes when you overlap too much it will subtract the oldest layer so it doesnt crash
